Course Details:
This course is primarily for those of us who are petrified by computers, mystified by the technical jargon that seems so much like gobbledygook. So basically the course provides such people with an understanding of how to purchase and use a Personal Computer. No prior knowledge of computers is required.
Specific subjects covered in this course are : Buying a computer. Windows Software. Desktop publishing. Creating personalised stationery. Email and the Internet. Downloading. Basic web surfing and Chat Rooms.
Accreditation:
When you have completed this course you can take an optional final examination which you take from home just like the course itself. Further details will be sent to you during the course and before it is completed. Those successful will receive a Diploma from ITEC - Irish Training & educational Centre.
